废酸液中回收氟化氢的实验研究
Experimental and research on fluorine hydride recycled from waste acid
【摘要】 针对辽宁省阜新市是含氟芳香族化合物的重要生产基地,工厂排放的废液中含有氟化氢,过去增加了产品的生产成本,也污染了环境。文中介绍了从废酸液中回收氟化氢的几种方法,并且对这几种方法分别进行了实验研究,完成了小试和中试的生产过程,找到了最佳的工业化大生产条件s,目前,该路线已被广泛应用到大生产中。
【Abstract】 Fuxin city is the productive base of fluoride aromatic compound.The factory releases some waste liquid including fluorhydric acid, Not only the products cost is increased, but also the environment is polluted, for this reason, some ways that fluorine hydride is recycled from the acid waste liquid are introduced in this paper. The experiments about laboratory and extensive production are accomplished at last, the best way about its practical application in the industry is found.
