高岭土机械力化学改性研究
Study on technology of Kaolin mechanical-chemical modification used for rubber reinforcing filler
【摘要】 利用物料在超细粉碎过程中的机械力效应,以振动磨为载体和工具,对用作橡胶补强剂的高岭土材料进行了一系列机械力化学改性实验,探讨了偶联剂种类、改性剂投入时间和持续作用时间等工艺参数对改性效果的影响,实验结果对同类的研究提供了借鉴依据。
【Abstract】 A series of mechanical chemical modification experiments are made for Kaolin used for rubber reinforcing filler through the material mechanical effect in the course of ultrafine grinding, and the vibradon milling serves as the carrier and tool. The influence of technological parameters, such as the type of coupling reagent, throw time and duration of modification reagent etc,on modification effect are researched. The experiment results can guide the same study.
