异步电机功率因数自动控制变频调速系统
Research on inductor motor variable frequency system with power factor automatic control
【摘要】 推导出异步电动机的功率因数关系式,以这个关系式为依据,把异步电动机的功率因数作为控制对象,组成一新型带有功率因数自动控制变频调速系统,以保证电动机一直处于较高的功率因数下运行,减少无功能量的损耗,从而达到节能的目的。仿真及实验结果证明,当电机处于空载和轻载时,可取得一定的节能效果,但在满载时节能效果不明显。
【Abstract】 A power-saving system of variable frequency system is introduced on the basis of the expression deduced from the equivalent circuit of induction motor. It uses the power factor of motor as the control parameter to form a new variable frequency system, keeping the power factor of motor in high value when the motor running, to reduce the loss of the inactive power,so as to make the efficiency of asynchronous motor reach optimization. Some simulations and experiments show that a certain power-saving effect can be obtained under little load, but there is no effect in full load.
