提升钢丝绳安全检测与评价
Research on technology of security detection and method of evaluation for hoisting steel rope
【摘要】 针对目前矿井提升钢丝绳安全评价存在的问题,研究了基于钢丝绳损伤检测确定钢丝绳损伤后剩余强度的方法以及钢丝绳张力实时在线检测技术,提出了钢丝绳动态安全系数与全程最小安全系数的概念和计算方法,为科学评价钢丝绳的安全性提供了新的技术途径和实用方法。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the existing problems of the safety evaluation for hoisting mining steel rope, this paper studies the technology of the real-time measure and the method of deciding the remaining intensity, which is based on the steel rope damage detection. It puts forward the concept and the calculation method of dynamic safety coefficient and minimum safety coefficient in full distance. It offers a new technologic way and a practical method for evaluating the safety of steel rope scientifically.
