【摘要】 依据某机车车辆厂的特点,建立了安全性评价指标体系,并用主成分分析法对数据进行分析处理,求出指标综合表达式和排序结果,通过对数据进行简化处理,能够找出指标间的相互关系,从而得到指标的客观权重,能更客观地反映企业的安全生产状况,并指出了主成分法应用于安全评价中的特点。实例分析表明,该方法是一种切实可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of some engine- vehicle factory, indexes of safety assessment are set up, and the principal component analysis is used to process the data. From these processes, the integrated expressionand ranking results are given. The correlativity among every index can be obtained by the simplification process of data, and the objective weights of indexes are obtained, which can reflect the actual state of safety inproduction more objectively. The course for the using of principal component analysis in safety assessment is pointed out. According to the actual example, the method is practical and feasible.更多还原
