硬齿面刮削铣刀盘切削应力应变有限元分析
Finite element analysis of hard skiving cutter for stress and strain
【摘要】 利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮硬齿面刮削铣刀盘切削进行了应力应变的有限元分析,通过铣刀盘在各种改变参数条件下的应力分布图和变形图,预知刀盘切削时的应力应变大小及分布形式,优化出刀具切削时受力状况良好的刀具几何参数,进一步了解刀具几何参数对刀具强度、刚度等的影响规律,从刀具力学的角度找出刮削刀头易崩刃破损的结构因素。
【Abstract】 With the general finite element software ANSYS, the analysis of hard skiving cutter for spiral bevel and hypoid is proceeded. Through the cutter抯 stress distributed diagram and strain diagram,on condition that the parameters are changed,the cutter抯 stress and strain values and distributed state is pre-known,the better cutter parameters are optimized, the influence law of the cutter抯 intension and rigidness to their parameters is gained, also from the cutter mechanics, the easily destructed structural factor is found.
