基于分形理论的汽轮发电机组故障诊断
Fault diagnosis of the generator set based on fractal theory
【摘要】 分析了汽轮发电机组的几种常见故障及其表现形式,利用传统的频谱分析方法对某汽轮发电机组进行了状态分析,并研究了该发电机组在不同运行状态下的关联维数,给出了利用分形理论对汽轮发电机组故障实施故障诊断的判据。利用数字量信息—关联维数作为诊断标准有利于计算机对设备的运行状态进行识别与判断,为机械设备的在线监测与故障诊断提供了可靠的工具。该方法为复杂机械的在线监测与故障诊断提供了新的思路。
【Abstract】 Studied ordinary faults of steam-electric generator sets and their appearance forms. Using thetraditional method of the frequency picture, the running state of some steam-electric generator set is analyzed. Thecorrelation dimensions of the steam-electric generator set in different state was studied, meanwhile the criterion for the steam-electric generator set fault diagnosis was given. Using the digital information is useful foridentifying and judging the running state of the steam-electric generator set by computer, and provides a credible means for complex machinery fault diagnosis and monitoring on line. The method gives a new idea for complex machinery fault diagnosis and monitoring.
