【Abstract】 The determination of the biochemical oxygen demand in the water quality analysis was disussed theoretically and practically. It includes the biochemical reaction in the measurement of BOD, the reaction rate in the aerobic biooxidation processes and the rate constant. Various factors affecting the BOD, the technique of BOD measurement along with the relationship among BOD, COD and TOC were discussed.更多还原
