【摘要】 利用 Fe( )与硫酸双肼酞嗪 (DHPH)形成稳定的紫红色配合物 ,采用分光光度法对北京降压 0号等降压药物中主要成分之一的 DHPH含量的测定进行了系统的研究。该法操作简便 ,重现性好 ,准确度高 ,用于测定降压药物中硫酸双肼酞嗪含量 ,其回收率为 96.1 %～ 1 0 3 % ,结果令人满意更多还原

【Abstract】 Dihydralazini sulfas is one of main compositions of the depressors. This method is based on that Fe(Ⅱ) reacts with DHPH to form stable red voilet complex, and the determination of DHPH can be performed by spectrophotometry. The proposed method is easy, reporoducible, accurate, and it was applied to the determination of dihydralazini sulfas in depressor with recoveries of 96.1%~103%.更多还原
