盐酸芦氟沙星的荧光光谱分析法研究
Studies on the Analyzing Method of Rufloxacin Hydrochloride by Spectrofluorimetry
【摘要】 研究了 β-环糊精、表面活性剂、缓冲溶液及 p H值、表面活性剂等对芦氟沙星荧光强度的影响。提出了用荧光光谱法测定芦氟沙星含量的新方法。该法操作简便 ,检出限低 ,用于实际样品分析 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 It was found that the flourescence intensity of rufloxacin hydrochloride was enhanced in the precense of CTMAB and β CD. A simple and highly sensitive spectrofluorimetric method was proposed. At the range of rufloxacin hydrochloxide of 6.58×10 -8 ～5.0×10 -6 mol/L, the value of the fluorescence intensity appeared good linear relations with the concentrations of RFLX. The relative coefficient was 0.9998 and the RSD was 0.9%. The detective limit was 2.19×10 -9 mol/L.
