大气中C1~C10羰基化合物的分析测定
Determination of C1~C10 Carbonyls in the Atmosphere
【摘要】 利用 2 ,4 二硝基苯肼 (DNPH)涂布硅胶管采集空气中的C1 ~C1 0 羰基化合物 ,经乙腈洗脱后用高效液相色谱 紫外检测器 (HPLC UV)分析检测。吸附管的采集效率 >95 % ,平行样相对标准偏差 <1 0 % ;化合物的检出限在 0 .0 5~ 0 .1 5 μg m3之间 ,方法适合于室内和室外环境中低浓度的羰基化合物的测定。
【Abstract】 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) coated silica gel cartridge was used to collect C2?~C_ 10 carbonyls in ambient air. The sampled cartridges were immediately washed gravity feed elution with acetonitrile. And the DNPH derivatives of the carbonyls were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector. The collection efficiencies of the carbonyls were found to be more than 95%, and relative standard deviation of duplicate samples ( n 5 ) was less than 10%. The detection limits for the determination of these carbonyls were 0 05~0 15 μg/m 3. The method is applicable for monitoring low levels of carbonyls in indoor and outdoor air.
