【摘要】 用超临界流体色谱法进行了生育酚异构体的分离研究。在实验温度 30 3.15K～ 343.15K和压力 14～2 2MPa范围内 ,考察了ODS柱上温度、压力和密度与容量因子和选择性的关系 ,得到了生育酚在超临界色谱中的最佳分离条件 :温度为 343.15K ,压力为 2 0MPa ,CO2 流量 75 0mL/min。更多还原

【Abstract】 The separation of tocopherols by supercritical fluid chromatography with carbon dioxide as mobile phase using an ODS column was studied. The influence of operation temperature and pressure on capacity factor (k′) and the selectivity (α) was investigated. It is found that the best operation condition for the isomers separation is at 343.15 K and 20 MPa.更多还原
