日本沼虾卵巢发育过程中脂肪酸变化的研究
Variation of Fatty Acids Composition in Macrobrachium Nipponese during Ovary Development
【摘要】 报道了日本沼虾 (macrobrachiumnipponese)卵巢发育过程中脂肪酸种类和含量变化的情况。用GC MS法对脂肪酸进行了分析测定 ,结果发现 :卵巢发育早期脂肪酸种类和含量较少 ,卵巢生长期和成熟期脂肪酸种类较多 ,含量也高。卵巢发育的整个过程中棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸是主要的脂肪酸。十七碳一烯酸 (C1 7∶1 )随着卵巢的发育含量减少 ,油酸、亚油酸含量上升 ;实验中未检到游离的二十碳五烯酸 (C2 0∶5)
【Abstract】 Change of fatty acids composition in Macrobrachium Nipponese during its ovary development has been investigated. The lipids were extracted from the Macrobrachium Nipponese′s ovary and analysed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The results show that in the early period of ovary development, the kinds of the fatty acids are fewer than in other periods, and the amount of the fatty acid is also less. Palmitic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid are the main fatty acids. During ovary development, the amount of the heptadecenoic acid decrease,on the contrary, the oleic acid and linoleic acid increase. Eicosadienoic acid was observed in the growing period, and docosahexanoic acid appeared in the mature period but no arachidonic acid. Free eicosapentanoic acid was not observed during the three step period. Fatty acid amounts were estimated using a standard curve with known standard of stearic acid.
