【Abstract】 Combined with EMG model and experiential formulae, genetic algorithms was integrated in resolution program for chromatographic peaks. The automatic resolution of iso-thermal chromatograms was realized. Simulated and experimental chromatograms were resolved and a satisfying result was obtained.
