大肠杆菌的共振散射光谱研究

【摘要】 研究了大肠杆菌的共振散射光谱.它在470nm、510nm和730nm产生三个瑞利散射峰.当激发波长为470nm(6.38×1014Hz)时,大肠杆菌溶液在470nm(6.38×1014Hz)和940nm(1/2×6.38×1014Hz)分别产生一个瑞利散射峰和一个1/2分频散射峰;当激发波长为510nm(5.88×1014Hz)时,在510nm产生一个共振散射峰;当激发波长为730nm(4.11×1014Hz)时在365nm(2×4.11×1014Hz)和730nm(4.11×1014Hz)分别产生一个2倍频散射峰和一个共振散射峰.分频散射和倍频散峰与共振散射峰具有相似的散射行为.大肠杆菌的浓度在0.074~38×108个/mL范围内与共振光散射强度I470nm、I510nm、I730nm成良好线性关系.

【Abstract】 The resonance scattering spectra of colibacillus have been studied. It has three resonance scattering peaks at 470 nm, 510 nm and 730 nm. When the excited wavelength λ\-ex is at 470 nm(6.38×10\+14 Hz), the colibacilus solutions exhibit aresonance scattering peak at 470 nm and a 1/2 fraction frequency scattering peak at 940 nm (1/26.38×10\+14 Hz). A resonance scattering peak at 510 nm was observed as the λ\-ex=510 nm. There is a double frequency scattering peak at 365 nm (2×4.11×10\+14 Hz) and a resonance scattering peak at 730 nm (4.11×10\+14 Hz) for the λ\-ex=730 nm. The fraction frequency peak and the double frequency peak have similar scattering property as the resonance scattering peak. The concentration of colibacillus in the range of 0.074~38×10\+8 cell/mL is proportional to the scattering intensity I\-470, I\-510 and I\-730, respectively.
