CuO/Al反应自生复合材料的动力学研究

【摘要】 用XD法研究了CuO/Al反应自生粒子增强铝基复合材料的动力学机制。通过CuO/Al反应中的热效应测试和反应过程中对材料的显微组织实验观察及对CuO/Al的反应过程及微观机制的分析,建立了合成反应的动力学模型。

【Abstract】 The exothermic dispersion method is used to study the dynamics mechani sm CuO/Al reaction in-situ reinforced Al matrix composites. With the heat e ffect testing of CuO/Al reaction, the micro structural observing of materials and the mechanism analysis of the reaction process, a dynamics model of the compoundi ng r eaction is set up. The analysis illustrates that to increase the reaction temper ature of the system and the content of aluminum will be beneficial to the reacti on processing of forming Al2O3. The diffusion rate of Cu has a great influen ce o n the reaction rate. Increasing the temperature and decreasing the thickness of the reaction film can increase the diffusion rate. The well-distributed Al2 O3 in co mposite can be obtained. The higher the temperature, the longer the time, and th e lower the viscosity of the medium, the smaller the size of particles, the more ben eficial to the distribution of particles. Since Al2O3 is a phase wi th a h igher melting point and because of the existence of CuAl2, most of the Al2O 3 is distributed in the crystal boundary.
