纳米碳酸钙的晶形控制及机理研究
Research on Crystal Controland Mechanism of Nano-sizedCalcium Carbonate
【摘要】 采用一种新工艺———自吸式搅拌反应法制备纳米碳酸钙。通过加入不同的晶形控制剂,合成了立方状、链状、片状、球状、棒状、针状6种不同形状的纳米碳酸钙,并以晶体生长动力学为基础,从添加的种类、用量及添加时间等条件出发,研究了其对CaCO3产品的粒度和晶形的影响。
【Abstract】 The new technology of selfsuction stirred reactor to prepare nanometer CaCO3 is used.Through adding different additives,nanometer CaCO3 with six different shapes (including cube,chain,plate,sphere,stick and needle)are synthesized.Based on the crystal growing kinetics,the influences of additive on CaCO3 are studied.From the sorts,the amount,and the adding time,the influences of additives on particle size and crystal shape are discussed.
