统计模试识别技术在单分散二氧化硅微球制备过程中的应用
Application of Statistical Pattern Recognition in Study of Monodisperse Silica Microsperes Preparation
【摘要】 利用计算机模式识别技术对Stober法的单分散二氧化硅微球制备工艺参数进行分析,给出了目标优化区,并利用模式逆映照对工艺参数进行了预报,通过实验验证了预报结果的可靠性。
【Abstract】 The computer pattern recognition technique is a useful means to recognize the regularity of process of materials preparation.The preparation factors of monodisperse silica microspheres are analysed by means of the technique.The factors region with good properties is indicated and verified by experimentation:-0.587 4≤L(1)≤0.384 2;-0.532 0≤L(2)≤0.505 6.Key words:statistical pattern recognition;silica microsperes;monodisperse
