Fe-Ni-Cr合金在熔融LiCl和LiCl-25%Li2O中的腐蚀行为研究
CORROSION OF Fe-Ni-Cr ALLOYS IN MOLTEN LiCl AND LiCl-25%Li2O
【摘要】 研究了不同Cr含量的Fe Ni Cr合金在 6 5 0~ 85 0℃熔融LiCl和LiCl 2 5 %Li2 O中的腐蚀行为。结果表明 ,合金在熔融LiCl 2 5 %Li2 O中腐蚀比在熔融LiCl中的腐蚀快 ,而且当合金中Cr含量大于 7%时 ,腐蚀速度随着Cr含量的增加而升高。合金在两种不同的熔融介质中的腐蚀产物相同 ,为LiCrO2 (或LiFeO2 )。
【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of several Fe Ni Cr alloys (containing different Cr contents) in molten LiCl and LiCl 25%Li 2O was examined in a temperature range from 650 to 850℃. The experimental results show that the alloys suffered more severe attack in molten LiCl 25%Li 2O mixture than in molten LiCl at temperatures equal to or higher than 750℃. In molten LiCl 25%Li 2O, the corrosion rates of Fe Ni Cr alloys increased with the increase of Cr content when the Cr content was greater than 7%. In the two different media the corrosion products were LiCrO 2 and LiFeO 2 for Fe Ni Cr and Fe Ni alloys, respectively.
