NiCr基锅炉管道涂层材料抗高温氧化性能的研究
PERFORMANCE OF HIGH TEMPERATURE OXIDATION RESISTANCE OF NiCr-BASED COATING MATERIALS FOR BOILER TUBES
【摘要】 设计及采用亚音速喷涂工艺制备了锅炉管道NiCr Cr3 C2 涂层 ;评价了它的抗高温氧化特征 ,并与 2 0G锅炉钢及目前广泛使用的NiCrTi涂层进行了对比 ;采用扫描电镜以及X衍射仪等对氧化产物的形貌和相组成进行了分析 ,探讨了NiCr Cr3 C2 及NiCrTi涂层的抗高温氧化机理。
【Abstract】 NiCr Cr 3C 2 cermet coating was designed and deposited with subsonic velocity flame spraying, and its high temperature oxidation resistance was evaluated in comparison with 20G boiler tube steel and NiCrTi coating which is used widely at present for protection of boiler tubes. The mechanism of high temperature oxidation of NiCr Cr 3C 2 and NiCrTi coatings was explored by SEM and XRD analyses.
