【摘要】 目的 :探讨血管造影在肝移植后血管并发症中的应用。方法 :报道 4例肝移植后肝动脉血栓形成和狭窄病例 ,结合文献分析血管并发症的临床表现和血管造影结果。结果 :肝动脉血栓 3例 ,肝动脉血栓合并吻合口狭窄 1例。肝门区有侧支循环 2例 ,门静脉扩张 3例。结论 :肝动脉及间接门静脉造影对肝移植后血管并发症的诊断 ,了解向肝侧支动脉血管重建情况 ,为再次肝移植均具有重要临床价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the application of angiography on vascular complications after liver transplantation.Methods:After liver transplantation, angiography and clinical manifestations of hepatic arterial complications in 3 cases were analyzed in combination with literature review.Results:Angiography demonstrated hepatic arterial thrombosis in 3 cases,anastomotic stenosis of hepatic artery in 1,hepatopetal arterial collaterals in 2,and portal vein dilatation in 3 patients.Conclusion:Angiography may play an important role in the diagnosis of vascular complications after liver transplantation,and is helpful for planning vascular reconstruction or liver retransplantation.更多还原
