【摘要】 目的 :研究经脊髓前动脉损伤 ,致脊髓缺血性损伤模型的高场强MRI信号表现特征。方法 :选用 1 2只家犬经颈前手术入路 ,切断脊髓前动脉 ,经高场强MRI扫描 ,对照病理分析脊髓前动脉损伤后脊髓的MRI信号变化特征。结果 :脊髓前动脉损伤后脊髓MRI表现出异常T2 WI高信号 ,且出现在脊髓前动脉损伤节段的前 2 / 3 ,多表现为一侧受累及或偏向一侧。结论 :MRI能确定脊髓缺血性损伤的部位及信号特征更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecticve:To study high strength field MR characteristics of spinal cord ischemia.Methods:The model of spinal cord ischemia caused by cervical anterior spinal artery injury was established in canines.Correlated with the pathologic findings, the characteristics of signal intensity of the postischemic spinal cord were observed.Results:After cervical anterior spinal artery injury,the MRI characteristic showed that the abnormal signal intensity of MRI on the cross section was revealed in one side of the spinal cord,and on the sagittal view it was showed in the anterior region of spinal cord.Conclusions:MRI reveals abnormal signal intensity of spinal cord ischemia.MRI can be beneficial to diagnosis of spinal cord ischemia in clinical practices.更多还原
