机械力化学在陶瓷材料研究中的应用
Application of Mechanochemistry in the Research of Ceramic Materials
【摘要】 机械力化学是机械合金化技术研究中的最新进展,在球磨过程中机械力化学使颗粒和晶粒细化产生裂纹、比表面积增大、晶格缺陷增多、晶格发生畸变和结晶程度降低,乃至诱发低温化学反应,可制备出高活性陶瓷粉体和性能优异的陶瓷基材料。本文介绍了机械力化学在陶瓷材料研究中的最新研究进展,同时讨论了不同球磨工艺条件对材料制备过程的影响,并对其未来发展进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Mechanochemistry is the newest process in mechanical alloying process. The machanism of mechanochemistry during high-energy ball milling processing is micronization, increasing specific surface area, amorphization and the distortion of the crystal lattice as well as inducing chemical reaction at low temperature. High activated ceramic powers and ceramic materials with high quality are prepared using mechanochemistry. The newest process of mechanochemistry in the study of ceramics is introduced. At the same time, the effects of different technology conditions on synthesis of ceramics are discussed, and the future of its development is viewed.
