相变蓄热电暖器的制作及性能测试
Making and Capability Testing of Electric Heater With Phase Change Accumulator
【摘要】 针对许多地区电力出现相对过剩、电力峰谷差不断拉大的现象,开发了一种在低谷电时段蓄热、在用电高峰时放热的相变蓄热电暖器。此装置采用电加热管直接加热,为了强化内部传热,在设备中加装了内翅片,实验结果表明内翅片起到很好的强化传热作用。测出了充放热过程设备中相变蓄热材料温度和出风温度,绘制了相变材料温度及出风温度随时间的变化曲线,由此曲线可明显看出材料的相变过程。通过对测试结果分析可知,此设备具有体积小、蓄热量大、放热温度均匀、便于控制等特点。可在低谷时段蓄热,在用电高峰时放热,起到了降低用户费用,充分利用电力资源的作用,此设备适合用于替代以往部分电采暖设备。
【Abstract】 A phase change accumulator electric heater was tapped. This facility can make use of electric to storage energy in vale load and release energy in peak load. The facility uses electric heating tube to heat directly, and uses inner fin to enhance heat transfer. The experimental results indicate that the inner fin works in good effect. The capability of phase change material by changing time and describes the capability curve with time and air temperature curve of outlet with time were tested. This curve can indicate the phase change process evidently. This facility is of the characteristics of small volume, large of heat storage, good uniformity of releasing temperature and easy to control. This facility can make the best of using electric power with less cost. This new facility can substitute for the traditional heating equipment.
