甲烷磺酸铜催化氧化苯甲醛制苯甲酸

【摘要】 以氧化铜和甲烷磺酸合成了水稳型路易斯酸-甲烷磺酸铜,并探讨了以此作催化剂,质量分数为30%H2O2作氧化剂,应用在以苯甲醛氧化制苯甲酸中的催化作用。合成的甲烷磺酸铜由SDT2960差热-热重联用分析仪来分析,证明其含4个结晶水,即(CH3SO3)2Cu·4H2O。考察了催化剂用量、氧化剂用量、w(H2O2)、反应时间、反应温度等因素对反应结果的影响。反应产物经抽滤烘干后,通过测熔点、红外色谱来分析。结果表明,在温度为40℃,n(催化剂)∶n(苯甲醛)=1∶100,n(氧化剂)∶n(苯甲醛)=3∶1时,回流16h收率达70%,且苯甲酸为唯一产品。

【Abstract】 The water-stable Lewis acid, cupric methanesulfonate was synthesized by using copper oxide and methanesulfonic acid. The product was analyzed by SDT 2960 TGA-TDA, it was testified that there are four crystal water in cupric methanesulfonate, i.e. (CH3SO3)2Cu·4H2O. By using (CH3SO3)2Cu·4H2O as the catalyst and 30% H2O as the oxidant, some factors, catalyst dosage, oxidant dosage, H2O2 concentration, reaction time and reaction temperature etc., on the oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid were examined. After purification and drying, the product was determined by melting point and infrared spectrometry. The result indicates that (CH3SO3)2Cu·4H2O can efficiently catalyzed the oxidation of benzaldehyde to benzoic acid, which is the one and only product, and the yield can get 70% under the reaction condition of reaction temperature 40 ℃, 1% catalyst, the mole ratio of n(H2O2)∶ n(benzaldehyde) =3∶1 and n(catalyst)∶ n(benzaldehyde)=1∶100,and reaction time 16 h.
