固载AlCl3催化剂的研究

【摘要】 介绍了新型AlCl3固载催化剂,考察了AlCl3/SiO2,AlCl3/SiO2(H),AlCl3·CrCl3/SiO2,AlCl3·FeSO4/SiO2,AlCl3·NiSO4/SiO25种AlCl3固载催化剂活性组分负载量,不同活性金属原子比,焙烧温度等对催化性能的影响,并对5种催化剂性能进行比较。结果表明,对催化剂载体进行预处理可以使催化剂的活性提高,主要是由于催化剂的酸性增强引起的;添加第二金属组分,可以提高催化剂的活性。以AlCl3为第一组分,NiSO4为第二组分担载在SiO2对烯烃聚合反应具有优良的催化性能。这种催化剂AlCl3的最佳负载质量分数为8%,Ni和Al的最佳原子比为1∶11,此条件下最佳焙烧温度为450℃。

【Abstract】 The method of preparation of AlCl3 catalyst immobilized on SiO2 was investigated. AlCl3 generated by reacting CCl4 and assistant component with SiO2 was used as immobilizing agent and support, respectively, to prepare the catalyst. The effect of various factors of immobilization conditions on catalytic property was examined. Comparing the catalytic activity of several kinds of catalysts, it is found that AlCl3·NiSO4/SiO2 shows a high activity, selectivity and stability, in which the catalyst is loading 8% AlCl3, the atomic rate of Ni and Al is 1∶11, and the baked temperature is 450 ℃. Treated by hydrochloric acid and added assistant component, the performance of the catalyst is improved greatly.
