低体重儿“游泳”(水疗)临床应用研究

【摘要】 目的探讨低体重儿“游泳”(水疗 )在住院期间的部分指标变化的临床意义。方法检测出生体重 >1 80 0 g<2 5 0 0 g的低出生体重儿 73人 ,随机分为游泳组与对照组。游泳组 35人 ,对照组 38人的体重增加、NBNA评分、胃肠功能紊乱等方面的情况。结果两组间在每天体重增加 ,游泳前后NBNA(新生儿神经行为测定 )评分及胃肠功能紊乱 (便秘、溢奶、腹胀 )的发生率等方面有明显统计学差异 ,而两组在血常规及肝功能方面则无明显统计学差异 ,两组新生儿脐部均无感染。结论低体重儿游泳可不失时机地促进其早期全方位的生长与发育

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance of the changes of some clinical parameters about neonatal "swimming " (water therapy) during hospitalization. Method The normal neonatal are divided into two groups to observe these indicator such as their birth weight, the weight before discharge et al. Group one is swimming group, including 127 neonatus after eutocia and 96 neonatus after cesarean section. Group two is simply bathing group, including 109 neonatus after eutocia and 45 neonatus after cesarean-section. Results There is no significant difference in the birth weight between the two group. The weight before discharge of the babies after eutocia and cesarean–section in group one are 3.29±0.35 g and 3.51±0.40 g respectively. Compared with 3.09±0.38 g and 3.17±0.48 g in group two ( P <0.01). The time of the their meconium turing yellow are 39.15 15.88 h and 39.02 13.60 h respectively in group one. Compared with 48.01±19.42h and 55.67 ±25.05 h in group two. Conclusion Neonatal swimming can accelerate the babies’ growth in the early stage.
