【摘要】 目的探讨不孕症IVF ET治疗患者取卵前 1周的心理反应 ,分析其影响因素。方法使用家庭功能问卷 (APGAR)和症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 ) ,进行方便取样问卷调查。结果IVF -ET治疗患者家庭功能普遍很好 ,心理反应各因子得分显著高于常模 ,且SCL 90各因子得分与家庭功能显著负相关。结论关注IVF -ET治疗患者的心理反应 ,采取正确方式加强其家庭功能。同时 ,医务人员要将生育保健知识及时告知各位已婚妇女更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact factors and investigate the mental reaction of infertility women treated with IVF-ET one week before taking ovum after getting their informed consent. Methods Using APGAR family function questionnaire and SCL-90 in convenient, 60 patients were surveyed. Results These patient’s family functions treated with IVE-ET are good in common, and their mental reaction is significantly higher than normal model. The score of SCL-90 is significantly negative correlation with their family function. Conclusions Attention must be paid to the mental reaction of the IVF-ET treated patient, and their family function are needed to strengthen. Health information related to reproductive health should be provided for any married women.更多还原
