【摘要】 目的 了解连台手术室内空气中微生物污染的情况。方法 对手术室内空气进行手术前、手术中、手术结束时、连台手术中以及第一台手术结束后经过通风、湿式清洁消毒后的连台手术中(实验组),随机抽取236份样本做监测对比。结果 每天第一台手术室内空气中微生物含量平均合格率为95.74％,连台手术中微生物含量平均合格率为78.57％,两组差异有显著意义(x~2=5.29,P<0.05);实验组的连台手术中微生物含量平均合格率为93.75％,与没有进行通风、湿式清洁消毒的连台手术中微生物含量平均合格率相比较(x~2=3.87,P<0.05)两组差异均有显著意义。结论 连台手术前,必须对手术室内的空气进行消毒或通风、湿式清洁消毒处理后再进行下一台手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the pollution situation of air microbe in unremitting operation room. Method Air quality monitoring were conducted in unremitting operation room before, midterm and after operation, and data are compared after first post-operation ventilation and wet style clean and disinfection. 236 samples were tested and contrasted. Result The qualified rate of air microbe in operation for daily first operating was 95. 74 %, for unremitting operating was 78. 57%, there is significant difference among the two. The average qualified rate for air in unremitting operation room was 93. 75%. there is significant difference compared with that of without ventilation and wet style clean and disinfection. Conclusion Before unremitting operation, the operation room should be disinfected and ventilated or have wet clean and disinfection.更多还原
