非亲缘异基因骨髓移植患者间质性肺炎的观察与护理
Observation and nursing for patients with chronic fibrous pneumonia after non relative heterogen bone marrow transplant
【摘要】 目的探讨非亲缘异基因骨髓移植后巨细胞病毒感染致间质性肺炎的临床观察与护理措施。方法总结 1998年 11月～ 2 0 0 2年 4月的 4 7例非亲缘异基因骨髓移植术后发生巨细胞病毒感染致间质性肺炎的 9例患者的临床表现及其护理措施。结果 9例患者中 4例死亡 ,5例病情得到控制。结论全面细致地观察和护理 ,对该病的早期发现、早期预防、早期诊治及其死亡率的控制具有重要意义。
