水中硫化物对Cu合金、碳钢的加速腐蚀作用及硫化物的去除研究
SULFIDE INDUCED CORROSION OF COPPER ALLOYS AND CARBON STEEL IN WATER AND REMOVING OF SULFIDE
【摘要】 用失重法、表面分析法研究了水中硫化物对HSn70 - 1+As、B3 0、2 0 # 钢的腐蚀行为 ,认为水中硫化物对HSn70- 1+As、B3 0、2 0 # 钢有加速腐蚀作用 ,HSn70 - 1+As发生的是脱Zn腐蚀 ,2 0 # 钢发生的是均匀腐蚀 ;通过实验室小型除S2 -试验 ,探讨了工业硫酸亚铁和工业聚合硫酸铁的除S2 -原理和除S2 -效果 ,得到了实验室用工业硫酸亚铁和工业聚合硫酸铁除S2 -的最佳加药量 .动态模拟除S2 -试验结果表明 ,工业硫酸亚铁除S2 -效果好、速度快
【Abstract】 Corrosion behavior of HSn70-1+As,B30 and carbon steel in sulfide containing water was studied by mass-loss and surface analysis.Their corrosion was accelerated by sulfide in water.HSn70-1+As was suffered from dezincification,and carbon steel corroded uniformly.The mechanism and effectiveness of removing S 2- by industrial ferrous sulfate and polymeric ferric sulfate were studied with a laboratory test set.The optimal addition of industrial ferrous sulfate and polymeric ferric sulfate was acquired.Based on the experimental results,a prototype dynamic test further proved that industrial ferrous sulfate showed a good efficiency with fast rate in removing S 2-.
