N80钢动态和静态CO2腐蚀行为对比研究
A COMPARISON STUDY ON DYNAMIC AND STATIC CORROSION OF N80 STEEL INDUCED BY CO2
【摘要】 通过模拟油气田井下腐蚀环境进行CO2 腐蚀试验 ,研究N80油井管钢在动态和静态条件下的腐蚀行为 .结果表明 :在所模拟的油田腐蚀环境中 ,N80钢在静态条件下的平均腐蚀速率略高于动态条件下的平均腐蚀速率 ,而其局部腐蚀在动态条件下则比静态时严重得多 ,检测到的最大腐蚀速率达到了 3 5mm/a,这和试样表面腐蚀产物膜的破损有关 .O、C、Cl-在坑内富集 ,表明Cl-仍是引起试样局部腐蚀加剧的主要原因之一
【Abstract】 The CO 2 induced corrosion behaviour of N80 in dynamic state and in static state was studied.The results showed that the uniform corrosion rate in static state was a little higher than that in dynamic state,but the localized corrosion in dynamic state was very serious.Enrichment of C?O?Cl - was found in the corrosion pits.
