不同扩散参数和气象数据对田湾核电厂事故概率大气扩散因子的影响
EFFECT OF DIFFERENT DIFFUSION PARAMETERS AND METEOROLOGICAL DATA ON THE ACCIDENT PROBABILITY ATMOSPHERIC DISPERSION FACTOR AT TIANWAN NUCLEAR POWER PLANT
【摘要】 本文基于田湾核电厂址百米气象铁塔 1 998和 1 999年度两整年的逐时气象观测数据 ,估算了厂址实测大气扩散参数和IAEA推荐扩散参数以及不同年份气象观测数据对厂址非居住区边界 (5 0 0m)1 6个方位的 99.5 %累积概率水平事故大气扩散因子的影响。分析结果表明 ,根据大气扩散参数实测值给出的结果是基于IAEA推荐扩散参数给出结果的 3倍左右。因此 ,对于田湾核电厂那类复杂地形的厂址 ,必须采用厂址实测大气扩散参数来估算事故释放环境后果。
【Abstract】 Based on the hourly observing meteorological data by 100 m high tower at Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) site during 1997 to 1999, the effect is estimated of different diffusion parameters (i.e. on site measuring values and values recommended by IAEA)on the maximum value of 99.5% cumulative probability level accident dispersion factor of 16 different wind directions at the boundary of an area of no residences (500 m). The analysis shows that the ratio between diffusion parameters based on on site measurement and that recommended by IAEA is about 3.0. Hence, in order to estimate the environmental consequences of release accident from NPP with varied terrain as Tianwan NPP, measured on site atmospheric diffusion parameters must be adopted.
