【摘要】 通过对RODOS系统中两种大气弥散模型链在均匀和非均匀气象条件情况下风场与大气扩散的计算结果进行比较 ,表明 :在进行核事故后果评价中采用风场模式确定烟羽输送轨迹是非常重要的 ,特别是对于复杂地形厂址 ;分段烟羽模式的ATSTEP模型在整个评价区采用单点风资料 ,仅在平坦均匀地形和稳定条件下是一种有用的近似 ,对于复杂地形厂址其适用性将受到限制 ;从对风场的处理方法和对大气扩散的模拟角度看 ,采用Lagrange轨迹烟团模式的RIMPUFF模型模拟的结果相对要好。

【Abstract】 The study and development of national nuclear emergency decision support system, which is established on the basis of RODOS, is described in this paper. As a tool of decision support and emergency respones to nuclear accidents, the reliability and precision of the system is very important, in which wind field prediction and atmospheric dispersion are important links. Through comparing two kinds of atmospheric dispersion model chains in RODOS, the results show that it very important to determine the plume tracks using wind field model in the assessment of consequence of nuclear accident, especially in complex terrain. The ATSTEP, similar to the plume sections of a segmented Gaussian plume model, uses uniform wind field that only depends on single wind measuring station, is just an useful approximation for the situations in flat terrain and/or under the stable conditions and is limited in complex terrain. The results from RIMPUFF, Lagrangian track puff model, are relatively better from the view of methods of dealing with wind field and simulating atmospheric diffusion. $$$$(
