肉桂酸苄酯的合成新工艺
New process for synthesis of benzyl cinnamate
【摘要】 用肉桂酸与氯化苄在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)溶剂中直接反应制得肉桂酸苄酯。对反应条件进行了研究,实验结果表明:配料比为0.04∶0.064(摩尔比),溶剂DMSO用量为20mL,反应时间为3h,产率80.6%。还讨论了肉桂酸苄酯作为防晒剂的可行性。
【Abstract】 Benzyl cinnamate was synthesized through the reaction of cinnamic acid and benzyl chloride in DMSO. Various factors that affect the reaction are discussed. Optimum reaction conditions are as follows: mol ratio of cinnamic acid and benzyl chloride is 0.04∶0.064, DMSO solvent 20 ml, the reaction time 3 h, yield is 80.6%. It is also feasible that benzyl cinnamate can be used as ultra-violet absorpent.
