管式聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜澄清血橙汁的应用研究

【摘要】采用管式聚偏氟乙烯 (PVDF)超滤膜对血橙汁进行超滤澄清处理。超滤后的果汁澄清透明 ,透光率达到 96 %以上 ,维生素C保存率高 ,并较好地保持了原汁色泽与风味 ;同时还探讨了不同操作条件对膜透过速率的影响 ,测定了超滤前后血橙汁中抗氧化成分及抗氧化能力的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Clarification of blood orange(Citrus sinensis) juice by ultrafiltration was studied using the tubular PVDF membrane The results indicated that the clarified juice was very clear with the transmittance of 96 9% Vc could be highly retained in the clarified juice,and the juice color and flavor were kept quite good. The effects of operating conditions on the permeate flux were also studied, and the influence of ultrafiltration on antioxidants and the total antioxidant activity in blood orange juice were determined更多还原
