【摘要】 目的 :探讨内镜下行交通支静脉离断术的可行性。方法 :回顾分析 10例下肢大隐静脉曲张及下肢静脉性溃疡行内镜下交通支静脉离断术的临床资料。结果 :10例手术均获成功 ,术中无明显出血 ,术后切口无感染等并发症。结论 :内镜下治疗下肢静脉曲张、静脉性溃疡疾病安全可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility of endoscopic surgical operation to treat the lower limb venous varicose ulcer.Methods:The clinical data of ten patients with lower limb varicosis of great saphenous vein and venous ulcer to performed endoscopic surgical operation were reviewed retrospectively.Results:The operation of ten patients was successful.All patients hadn′t obvious bleeding and infection.Conclusions:Lower limb venous varicose and ulcer can be treated with endoscopic surgical operation.更多还原
