【摘要】 目的 :探讨腹腔镜治疗妇科疾病的效果。方法 :应用腹腔镜治疗妇科疾病 6 8例并进行临床分析。结果 :6 8例中 1例中转开腹 ,余均在腹腔镜下完成。术中发生腹壁气肿 1例 ,术后并发会阴水肿 1例。结论 :与传统的开腹术相比 ,腹腔镜妇科手术具有切口小、出血少 ,术后恢复快 ,治疗效果确切等优点 ,适宜临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the treatment effect of laparoscopic gynecologic surgery.Methods:Analysis was made on 68 cases of gynecologic disease treated by laparoscopy.Results:The operation was successful in 67 cases, 1 case was converted to laparotomy.1 case had intraoperative emphysema of abdominal wall and 1 case had postoperative edema of perineum. Conclusions:Compared with traditional laporatomy,laparoscopic gynecologic surgery has the advantages of little incision, effect exactive and quick recovery.It is superior to laparotomy in some cases.So it can be used widely.更多还原
