新生儿窒息后胆红素水平的变化

【摘要】 目的 探讨围生期窒息与新生儿胆红素水平变化之间的关系。方法 对 40例窒息儿 (重度窒息、轻度窒息各 2 0例 )及同期出生的正常儿 2 0例 ,分别于生后 2 4h、72h、12 0h、抽血测定总胆红素水平并分组比较。结果 重度窒息组、轻度窒息组及正常组之间 2 4h总胆红素水平比较有显著差异 (F =97.872 ,P <0 .0 1) ,72h则差异无显著意义 (F =2 .0 79,P >0 .0 5 ) ,12 0h重度窒息组总胆红素水平下降明显 ,与另两组比较差异有显著性 (F =12 7.85 2 ,P <0 .0 1) ,轻度窒息组与正常儿组间差异无显著意义。结论 窒息程度不同 ,胆红素水平变化也不同 ;应对窒息儿胆红素水平进行早期监测和干预以免发生核黄疸

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum level of bilirubin and asphyxia in neonates.Methods Serum bilirubin levels were measured in 40 cases with asphyxia (20 severe and 20 mild),at 24th,72th and 120th hours after birth and 20 healthy neonates.Results The serum bilirubin levels of three groups were significantly different at 24th hours(F=97.872,P<0.01),while there was no difference among the three groups at 72th hour(F=2.079,P>0.05).The serum bilirubin level in severe asphyxia group was significantly lower than those of the other two groups at 120th hour(F=127.852,P<0.01).Conclusion Serum bilirubin levels are different in neonates with different degrees of asphyxia.It is necessary to monitor serum bilirubin level of asphyxia neonate in early stage to avoid kernicterus.
