纳米ZnO的制备及其光电化学性质
The Preparation of ZnO Nanoparticles and Its Photoelectrochemical Beh avior
【摘要】 制备了ZnO纳米粒子,经透射电镜观察,ZnO纳米粒子的粒径为5nm,其XRD图谱显示其晶型为红锌矿,研究了其光电化学性质.
【Abstract】 The ZnO nanoparticle was prepared.The results showed that the size of ZnO nanoparticle was 5 nm,and its XRD pattern was Zincite.The photoelectrochemi cal behaviors of the ZnO nanostructured porous film was investigated.
