【摘要】 本文采用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对高校“扩招”后体育师资的现状进行了分析与研究.结果表明,在急剧“扩招”的压力下,高校体育教师基本能做好自己的本职工作,但由于各高校引进了大批的年轻教师,导致了教学质量的下降,再加上领导不重视,对体育的投入不够,致使场馆设施严重短缺,难以满足“扩招”的要求.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper consultation of litera ture and questionnaires are applied to investigate and analyze the current situation of the P.E.teachers after recruiting expansion.The result indicates that the staffs can complete their wo rk successfully,but young teachers bring about a decline in the quality of physical education,and t he lack of the investment on the sport construction makes it difficult to meet the demands of further recruiting expansion.更多还原
