新型高温永磁体的研制
Research and manufacture of a new type of high temperature permanent magnets
【摘要】 通过分析影响磁体高温性能的因素,设计了新磁体的成分为:Cu含量高,Fe含量低,Zr适量,Sm含量高;采用粉末冶金工艺制备了高温Sm2(CoFeCuZr)17永磁体。制得的磁体室温磁性能为:Br1.075 T,Hei2 098.2 kA/m,Heb 776.1 kA/m,Hk843.8 kA/m,(BH)max210.0 kj/m3;在200℃时的磁性能为:Br0.991 T,Hci1 175.7 kA/m,Hcb531.7 kA/m,Hk577.9 kA/m,(BH)max172.5 kJ/m3;矫顽力温度系数β(20~200℃)为-0.24%/℃。经理论分析和实验验证,磁体的使用温度均超过400℃,为高温环境(高于400℃)提供了一种实用性永磁材料。
【Abstract】 By the analysis of high temperature magnetic properties of magnets, the component of alloy is designed at the principle of high Cu, reduced Fe, fitted Zr and high Sm. Then the Sm2 (CoCuFeZr)17 permanent magnets are manufactured with the technology of powder metallurgy. The room magnetic properties of magnets have Br 1.075 T, Hci 2098.2 kA/m, Hcb 776.1 kA/m, Hk 843.8 kA/m and (BH)max 210.0 kJ/m3. The 200 ℃ magnetic properties of magnets have Br 0.991 T, Hci 1175.7 kA/m, Hcb 531.7 kA/m, Hk 577.9 kAm and (BH)max 172.5 kJ/m3. The temperature coefficient of coercivity β(20-200℃) is -0.24%/℃. The theory analysis and experiment result show that the maximum operated temperature of magnets exceed 400 ℃. It provides a kind of practical high temperature magnets.
