大鼠肝脏和骨骼肌DNA降解与死亡时间的关系

【摘要】 目的 本研究的目的是了解大鼠肝脏和骨骼肌DNA降解与死亡时间的关系。 方法 实验选择 2 1只大鼠 ,分为 7组 ,每组 3只 ,一组即时处死作为对照 ,余六组处死后 ,分别于死后 2、4、8、12、2 4、36小时分别取肝脏、骨骼肌各一块 ,福尔马林固定 ,切片 ,Feulgen染色法染色 ,自动图像分析仪测量 ,统计学处理数据。 结果 DNA降解的幅度在不同时间存在不一致的现象。 结论 肝细胞DNA的降解与死亡时间在统计学上存在回归拟合关系

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between TSD and the DNA degradation of the liver and skeleton muscle in rats. Methods Twenty-one rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, three rats was in each group. The samples of liver and skeleton muscles in one group were collected instantaneously after sacrificed as control. In other 6 groups, the samples of liver and skeleton muscle were obtained at 2、4、8、12、24、36 hours after sacrificed respectively . All samples were fixed with formalin and stained with Feulgen method. The results of stain were analyzed by MIAS (Image -analysis-system). Results The extent of DNA degradation disaccords at different time of death; there are a statistical formulation between TSD and the DNA degradation. Conclusion There are regression imitation between the DNA degradation of liver and TSD. The TSD can deduce by this way, but it is necessary to study further.
