【摘要】 目的　旨在研究两种雌激素受体亚型 (ERα和ERβ)在绝经前后子宫的不同表达 ,探讨其在绝经发生中意义。方法　选取 6 1例因子宫肌瘤行全子宫切除术的标本 ,制成石蜡切片 ,用免疫组化方法研究雌激素受体亚型在绝经前后子宫的不同定位及强弱区别。结果　绝经前ERα在子宫中粘膜层、肌层、浆膜层所有细胞的细胞浆中均有表达 ,以粘膜层腺上皮细胞表达最强 ,ERβ只有粘膜层腺上皮细胞的细胞浆中表达 ,且强度明显较ERα弱 ;绝经后ERα在子宫中粘膜层、肌层、浆膜层所有细胞的细胞浆中均有表达 ,以粘膜层腺上皮细胞表达最强 ,但与绝经前比明显减弱 ,ERβ在绝经后子宫中几乎未见表达。结论　绝经前后雌激素受体两种亚型的表达明显不同 ,提示绝经可能与两种雌激素受体亚型的改变有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of estrogen receptor subtypes (ERα and ERβ) in pre- and post-menopausal uterus,and to explore their effect during menopause.Methods Sixty-one samples of uteri excised for leiomyoma were studied by immunohistology to examine the localization and expression level of ER subtypes.Results The ERα expressed in cytoplasm at mucous membrane layer,muscle layer and chorion layer in the pre- and post-menopausal uteri.Among them,the expression level of ERα was most abundant in the gland epithelial cells.ERβ only expressed in the gland epithelial cells and at lower level than ERα.The expression level of ERα in post-menopausal uterus was lower than that in pre-menopausal uterus.No ERβ was detectable in the post-menopausal uterus.Conclusions The expression pattern of ER subtypes in the pre- and post-menopausal uterus is different,which indicates the relationship between menopause and alteration of ERα and ERβ.更多还原
