【摘要】 目的　进一步评价细胞学和电子阴道镜在宫颈病变的早期诊断中的价值。方法　回顾性分析4 31例宫颈涂片和阴道镜检的结果 ,与活检组织病理学的结果进行对比研究。结果　 4 31例中检出宫颈上皮内瘤变 (CIN)Ⅰ 39例、CINⅡ 36例、CINⅢ 32例、宫颈鳞癌 11例和宫颈湿疣 2 7例 ,其余 2 86例为慢性宫颈炎。宫颈涂片检出了 93 5 %宫颈病变 ,阴道镜检出了 95 9%宫颈病变 ,细胞学与阴道镜下活检联合应用无漏诊。结论细胞学与阴道镜下活检联合应用能提高宫颈病变的检出率 ,阴道镜检查能明显提高宫颈湿疣的检出率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the usage of digital colposcopy and cytology in the early detection of cervical lesions. Methods A retrospective data of 431 cases with cervical lesions diagnosed by a combination of digital colposcopy and cytology was analyzed by reference to the gold standard of histopathology. Results Among the 431 cases, 286 were diagnosed as chronic inflammation, and 145 as other cervical lesions including cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) Ⅰ 39, CIN Ⅱ 36, CIN Ⅲ 32, squamous carcinoma 11 and cervical condyloma 27. The accuracies of the diagnosis were 93 5% by cytology, and 95 9% by digital colposcopy. No missed diagnosis cases were observed by the application of combination usage of cytology and colposcopy. Conclusions The combination usage of cytology and colposcopy is a highly sensitive application to both early diagnosis of cervical lesions and cervical condyloma.更多还原
