【摘要】 目的　探讨 PD- ECGF在肝癌诊断、鉴别诊断中的意义。　方法　应用 SP免疫组织化学方法观察 5例肝癌细胞的血小板源性内皮细胞生长因子 (PD- ECGF)表达情况及其在癌旁组织 (小结节性肝硬化、肝细胞增生等 )和正常肝细胞的不同表达 ,分析其与肝癌诊断的关系。　结果　肝癌细胞 PD- ECGF表达强阳性 ,癌旁增生的肝细胞 PD- ECGF弱阳性 ,正常肝细胞 PD- ECGF弱阳性或阴性。 PD- ECGF表达与组织学分型无关。　结论　 PD-ECGF的表达情况可作为肝癌诊断、鉴别诊断的一种标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To study the platelet\|derived\|epithelial cell growth factor(PD\|ECGF) expression in hepatocellular carcinoma, cancer peripheral tissue, healthy hepatocyte and to investigate the significance of PD\|ECGF in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma.\ Methods\ 5 cases operative samples of hepatocellular carcinoma, peripheral tissue of cancer and healthy hepatocyte, were stained for PD\|ECGF by SP immunohistochemical methods.\ Results\ The PD\|ECGF expression of hepatocellular carcinoma were all in high positive, the PD\|ECGF expression on peripheral tissue of cancer were only light positive, the PD\|ECGF expression on healthy hepatocyte were negative.\ The PD\|ECGF expression was unrelated to differentiate histologic type of tumor.\ Conclusion\ The PD\|ECGF expression may be as a marker in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma更多还原
