新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血浆内皮素和一氧化氮的变化

【摘要】 目的 探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)时血浆内皮素 (ET)及一氧化氮 (NO)的变化。 方法 对HIE病人 32例及对照组 30例进行血浆 ET及 NO2 - / NO3- 含量测定。采用放射免疫法测定 ET;硝酸根还原酶法测定 NO的稳定代谢产物 NO2 - / NO3-含量。 结果 新生儿 HIE急性期血浆 ET和 NO均显著升高 ,轻、中度HIE恢复期血浆 ET、NO显著下降 ,与急性期相比 ,差别有统计学意义 ;但重度组恢复期血浆 ET、NO值下降不明显 ,差异无显著性。 结论  ET和 NO对 HIE发病起重要作用

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of plasma concentration of endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) in neonatal hypoxic\|ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).\ Methods\ The level of endothelin and nitric oxide in plasma was tested in 32 newborns with HIE and 30 control patients.\ ET level was measured through radioimmunoassay and NO\-2\+-/NO\-3\+- level of plasma, the stable metabolin of NO through nitrate reductase.\ Results\ An obvious increase of ET and NO occurred in the plasma of acute neonatal HIE, while in convalescent period with mild and moderate HIE an obvious decrease was seen.\ In comparison with that in acute stage, the difference is of statistic significance.\ However, no obvious decrease of ET or NO was found in severe cases who were as well in convalescence.\ Conclusion\ ET and NO might play an important role in the pathogenesis of neonatal HIE.
