【摘要】 目的　研究神经节苷脂 GM1是否介导神经生长因子 (NGF)诱导的 PC12细胞的分化。　方法　采用MTT法、葡糖神经酰胺合成酶抑制剂 (D- PDMP)分析神经节苷脂 GM1对 NGF诱导的 PC12细胞分化的影响。　结果　神经节苷脂 GM1对 PC12细胞的生长无明显的影响 ,而能够促进 NGF对 PC12细胞的生长抑制作用 ;NGF能诱导 PC12细胞分化 ,但 NGF无法诱导神经节苷脂缺乏型 PC12细胞的分化 ;在神经节苷脂缺乏型 PC12细胞中添加神经节苷脂 GM1后 ,细胞恢复对 NGF的反应性。　结论　神经节苷脂 GM1在 NGF诱导的 PC12细胞分化过程中发挥重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ To determine if ganglioside GM1 affects the differentiation of PC12 cells induced by nerve growth factor(NGF).\ Methods\ The effect of GM1 on the differentiation of PC12 cells induced by NGF was investigated by MTT assay, inhibitor of glucosylceramide synthase D\|threol\|phenyl\|2\|decanoylamine\|3\|morpholinopropanol(D\|PDMP).\ Results\ Ganglioside GM1 had no effect on the growth of PC12 cells, but it could enhance the inhibitory effect of NGF on the growth of PC12 cells.\ NGF could induce the differentiation of PC12 cells, but it didn’t have the same effect on the PC12 cells lack of gangliosides.\ While with GM1, PC12 cells lack of gangliosides could response to NGF again.\ \{Conclusion\}\ Ganglioside GM1 plays an important role in the differentiation of PC12 cells induced by NGF.\;更多还原
