示波器的谐波分析与测量功能的开发
The Developments of Analysis Function and Measure Function of the Harmonic Were Done in Oscillograph
【摘要】 通过 GP-IB/PC标准接口板实现微机与 PM335 0示波器的联机通讯 ,从而形成由微机遥控的自动测量系统 .以傅里叶变换为基础 ,对被测的信号数据进行 FFT运算 ,计算出被测信号的基波、各次谐波和总谐波畸变率 ( THD) ,实现了示波器谐波分析与测量功能的开发 .这种方法同样适用于带有标准并行接口仪器的功能开发 .
【Abstract】 Through GP-IB/PC standard interface board, realize the communication on line of personal computer and PM3350 oscillograph .So, form the automatic measure system that remotelies control by personal computer.With Fourier Transform as foundation, as having the data of signal that had been measured to go on by the operation of FFT ,it can calculate out the harmonic content of base wave and each harmonic of signal that had been measured and the total harmonic distribution(THD). According to it,the development of harmonic analysis and measure function of oscillograph had been realized. This kind of method applies to those function developments with the intelligent instrument of standard parallel interface also .
