【Abstract】 Local comprehensive universities are an important part of Chinas tertiary education. This paper argues, with reference to Jimei University, that local comprehensive universities should, in the process of realizing major achievements, attach geat importance to the choice of cultural modes; particular effors should be made in choosing the university’s orientation, distinctive features, innovation modes, modernization and internationalization strategies, administration development mode,campus culture and guiding principles.更多还原
